Nepal Police Club has become the champion in the women's category of the 10th PM Cup NVA League.
Police defeated New Diamond Sports Academy 3-1 in the final held on Saturday at the National Sports Council (NSC) Covered Hall Court in Tripureshwor.
With this, Police has won this title for the fourth time. Police had achieved the results of 25-21, 17-25, 25-23, 25-19. Along with the title, Police received a prize of Rs 1 million. The runner-up New Diamond received Rs 5 million.
Six teams, including New Diamond, Nepal Police, APF, Sudurpaschim, Everest Club and Tribhuvan Army Club, competed in the women's category of the league.
Similarly, in the men's category, Help Nepal Sports Club and Rukum Paschim Volleyball Club will compete this evening.
