A painting exhibition has been organized with the aim of helping the victims of the devastating floods that occurred on Bhadra 10. 'Art Boom' has organized an art exhibition 'Art for Hope' in collaboration with Traditional Health Organization Nepal, Nepa Banquet and Prem Mohan Geeta Puraskar Guthi to help the flood victims.
It will be held at Nepa Banquet in Naya Bazar. Art Boom President Ratna Shakya said that this exhibition is being organized to contribute some amount from the art sector to those affected by the disaster in the country. He said, "The general price of the paintings to be displayed in this exhibition has been fixed. Our aim is to sell as many paintings as possible and hand over the collected amount to the government."
It is said that a total of 25 paintings by senior and young artists will be displayed in this art exhibition. The exhibition will feature paintings by art professor Radheshyam Mulmi, 'Art on Dust' artist Tirthaman Sthapit, senior Mithila artist Ranjana Lal, senior artist and sculptor Dharmaratna Shakya, Rajesh Manandhar, Arya Rajbhandari, Niru Shah, Ruksana Maharjan, Mallika Udas, Sanjay Pradhan, Ratna Shakya, Chandani Bajracharya, Rabindra Bhante, Sajni Shrestha, Raju Gotakothe and other artists. The art exhibition will be held from Bhadra 19 to 21.
