The Cabinet meeting has decided to award cash prizes to the players, coaches, and managers of the women's kabaddi and karate teams who won medals at the 20th Asian Games held in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan.
During the meeting held today at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, approval was also granted to sign a mandate agreement with the World Bank regarding Nepal's earthquake catastrophe bonds.
Furthermore, the Cabinet decided to approve the 'Order on the Formation of a Committee for Land Registration in the Names of Residents Living on Bitauri Land, 2083' and to promote Achyutamani Neupane—a Joint Attorney of the Government Group under the Nepal Judicial Service—to the Gazetted Special Class, subsequently appointing him as the Secretary of the Commission of Investigation on Enforced Disappeared Persons.
