Kathmandu -President Ramchandra Paudel has issued the ordinance related to the Constitutional Council (Work, Duty, Rights and Procedure) as recommended by the government for the second time.
The same ordinance, which was recommended by the Council of Ministers last week, was sent back by the President for reconsideration. However, the government sent the same ordinance to the President again on Monday without making any amendments. Based on the same recommendation, President Paudel issued the ordinance on Tuesday.
